Our Modular Cleanroom Wall Panel System

In modern facility design, a modular approach is essential for achieving top-tier performance. Custom-made, prefabricated panels allow for clean, fast, and efficient on-site assembly, ensuring a streamlined installation process.

A state-of-the-art cleanroom with an appealing design and the right material choices significantly enhances operational efficiency and the overall work environment.

Nicos-Mangini offers different cleanroom panel finishes for different cleanroom applications

Our modular cleanroom wall panel system is designed to meet the highest standards of durability, flexibility, and cleanliness. Engineered with a combination of high-quality materials and advanced construction techniques, this system offers unmatched performance in controlled environments.

Structure

Nicos Cleanroom Wall Panels follow a sandwich structure, consisting of an insulating core enclosed between two surface skins and framed with a perimeter aluminum structure.

Cleanroom Wall Panel Details

  • Standard and Custom Sizes: Standard panel sizes reach up to 10’ in height, with potential availability extending to 30’+ for large-scale installations.
  • Metal Frame Construction: Built with a sturdy metal steel or aluminum structure, providing top and bottom tracks with optional height adjustability.
  • Durable Metal Frame: Panels are supported by an aluminum or steel frame for enhanced strength and longevity.
  • Integrated Skirting and Corners: Streamlined design with integrated skirting and corner elements for a seamless finish.
  • Customizable Thickness: Available in multiple system thicknesses — 45mm (1.75”), 50mm (2”), 62mm (2.5”), and custom dimensions tailored to project needs.
  • Flexible Assembly Options: Choose between progressive and non-progressive disassembly with different joint sizes for adaptable installation and maintenance.
  • Conduit and Socket Integration: Built-in PVC conduits (ø 32mm) and electrical box (52mm depth) ensure smooth transition and system compatibility.
  • Seismic Performance: Engineered for stability and safety, offering robust performance in seismically active areas.

Finishes

Just as tires are critical to a car's performance because they make direct contact with the road, the outer skin of a cleanroom panel is a key factor in modular construction. Since it is directly exposed to the controlled environment, selecting the appropriate surface material is crucial for maintaining cleanroom integrity and compliance.

Select from a full range of high-quality materials, including high-pressure laminate (HPL), unplasticized PVC (UPVC), painted steel, painted aluminum, and stainless steel.

Versatile Material Choices:

Skin/Surface Materials:

  • Metal:
    • Powder Coated Aluminum
    • Powder Coated Galvanized Steel
    • uPVC Coated Galvanized Steel
    • Stainless Steel
  • Glass
  • High Pressure Laminate (HPL): 4mm depth laminate panels provide a durable, easy-to-clean outer surface, perfect for maintaining cleanliness in controlled environments.

Internal Insulation

  • Advanced Insulating Materials: The system offers a variety of internal insulation options to meet different environmental and performance requirements:
    • High-density rock wool
    • Aluminum honeycomb
    • Expanded polystyrene
    • Polyurethane
  • Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: Internal materials are designed to optimize temperature control and soundproofing, ensuring a stable and quiet environment.

Additional Features

  • Aluminum Profile Structure: Composed of high-quality aluminum profiles for enhanced strength and stability.
  • Neutral Silicone Sealant: A single-component silicone sealant provides superior grip on aluminum and laminate surfaces, ensuring airtight and secure connections.
  • Rounded Aluminum Profiles: Smooth transitions with rounded aluminum profiles fixed to the floor and rail for a polished finish.
